‘Back Inside The Box’ present an art exhibition by the Manchester Homeless Community, held at Nexus Art Cafe from Monday 3rd to Sunday 23rd October. It is set to change perceptions of homelessness and poverty in Manchester.
The opening night on Monday 3rd from 6:30pm until 9:30pm features Live Music, Spoken Word, Stand Up Comedy, The Premier Screening of Two Short Films plus the chance to meet the artists and hear their stories.
With aims to promote awareness, creativity and to raise funds for winter provisions to give the Homeless living on the streets of Manchester the essentials they need.
This is the first time some of the Homeless Artists have ever exhibited their work before, making this event a very significant and meaningful night to them.
