The purpose of Big Change is to raise awareness of services and to pay for practical items for individuals need to build independent lives away from the streets. 

The Big Change model originally started in Manchester in 2016 and has been such a success that more locations across the UK have followed suit and set up their own version of the initiative. Here in Luton, over 15 organisations have been working on the initiative with colleagues who have been homeless and the goal is to have Big Change ready for circulation to meet the festive period at the end of 2019.
