Homeless Commemorative Service

On 1st November at 11am, there will be a commemorative service to remember those who have been homeless and have died since 2020. The service is being held at Saint Mary’s Church.

The names of those who died will be read out to a congregation largely made up of people who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness, or work closely with people facing homelessness in Southampton. We would love to invite you to come along to remember them.

This service will include a choir performance, art work, poetry and a commemorative act to remember those that have died.

Refreshments will be served after the service. There will also be a donation point where you can give to charities working with people at risk of homelessness in the city.

There are still spaces available, sign up using the Eventbrite: https://SOC23.eventbrite.com
