Daily Hub Drop-Ins
Sanctus is open for drop-ins every day, with two welcoming sessions:

Morning: 10:30–12:00

Afternoon: 1:30–2:30
These sessions provide space to rest, chat, get advice, and enjoy a cuppa.
Showers Available
Showers are available to anyone sleeping rough on:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Please note: Availability depends on staffing, and showers are not available on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
Weekly Activities

Monday PM – Music with Jean
A chance to express yourself through music, unwind, and connect. -
Tuesday – Writing for Self-Discovery
Run by Essex Recovery College. Free to attend — and everyone who takes part receives a £5 Aldi voucher. A safe space to explore thoughts and build confidence through writing. -
Wednesday – NHS Services On Site
From 9am–3pm, including access to sexual health services and other healthcare support. -
Thursday – Activity Afternoon
Gentle, low-pressure activities — a great opportunity to try something new in good company. -
Friday – Art Gallery Session
Creative expression and shared stories through art. A relaxed and inspiring end to the week. -
Saturday – All-Day Breakfast
Doors open 10am–2pm, with food served until 1pm. A hearty breakfast, good company, and plenty of time to take a breather.
