Why is this event important?
The holidays can be a difficult time for many people. Rising costs and food insecurity can make it hard to afford food and presents. Loneliness can also be a problem, especially if you’re living alone or don’t have many family members nearby.
Caring Christmas wants to help! This event is a way to show you that you’re not alone and that people in Walsall care about you.
“The festive season has a lot of joy to offer us through songs, pretty decorations and giving. But sadly for some Christmas can really highlight the lack of money and community in their lives. We are pleased to join in the Caring Christmas to help address the financial and social needs of the community.” Ebony, CEO of RoseTinted Financial Services
This year also marks the launch of the Caring Christmas Winter Support Initiative, which will provide 250 Walsall households with essential resources like food, warmth, and community-driven support throughout the festive season.
