Launchpad is Reading’s leading homelessness prevention charity, providing vital information and support for individuals, couples and families who don’t have a stable place to live or are at risk of losing their home.

Last year, Launchpad’s Big Sleep Out raised over £20,000 and highlighted not only the problem for people sleeping rough in Reading but also the ‘bigger picture’ of homelessness in Reading. The event took place at Queen Anne’s School in Caversham, and around 100 people spent a night under the stars to raise money and awareness of this growing crisis.
