The COVID19 Pandemic has been really tough and a lot of people out there need a little help getting back on their feet.

 

A brief overview:

A unique Employability and Skills coaching programme to support people over the age of 18 whose lives have been affected financially during the pandemic, whilst also helping to rebuild the local economy. It is a light at the end of the tunnel for anyone needing guidance with creating healthy financial habits, regaining independence and re-entering training, education and work.

1-1 support (including improving confidence and self-esteem, motivation and goal setting)

Access to a range of accredited qualifications

Careers information, advice and guidance

Links with local employers across BCP who would like to get involved that are looking for new staff
