Alternative Giving Pre-Loved Boutique

On 10 October 2021 people around the world will mark World Homeless Day in many varied ways and change the lives of people experiencing homelessness in their local community.

To mark this in our city, Wolverhampton BID will be hosting a pop-up boutique on 8 October 2021 in the Mander Centre to raise funds for the Alternative Giving CIO Charity to support the vulnerable and homeless in Wolverhampton.

You can help!

Free up your wardrobe space! Help us to raise funds by donating your pre-loved posh frocks, coats, jackets, hats, gloves, jumpers, handbags, cardigans, any type of clothing that you are happy to part with for this good cause.

We are looking for good quality unwanted gifts, so check at the back of the wardrobe, under the bed, in the cupboard… Also new donations are most welcome please.

Where do I donate?

Donation points will be at the Mander Centre, Wulfrun Centre and the Bus and Train Stations.

For all other drop offs you can contact a member of the Bid team on 01902 710903

How does it help?

100% of the monies raised by selling your pre-loved items will be donated through the Alternative Giving Charity to Wolverhampton organisations who support our most vulnerable and rough sleepers in the City of Wolverhampton. This support will go a long way to supporting longer term solutions to homelessness. For more details about how the money is used, please visit https://wolverhamptonchange.co.uk/
