Dudley’s Poverty Summit #3

In April 2024, Dudley Council for Voluntary Service (Dudley CVS) and Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) will be joint hosting the third Poverty Summit.

They have been running annually since 2022 and aim to bring together colleagues across the system working with people in poverty or those who are just about managing. The summit aims to provide an opportunity for voluntary and community groups, as well as partner organisations, to

  • Connect and network
  • Get to know a range of organisations and providers across the system who are working with people in poverty.
  • Find out more about mitigating poverty initiatives.
  • Collectively share what issues and challenges you are seeing now in relation to poverty.
  • Contribute towards Dudley’s Financial Wellbeing Strategy.

The event will be an in-person event rather than online.

Monday 22 April 2024
10:30 – 14:30
Brierley Hill Civic Hall
(Bank Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 3DH)
