Festive Rent Campaign 2021

Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is the Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. This means that with Solihull Council own the properties but housing services are delivered by us.

Our Festive Rent Campaign is now live!

At Christmas time, we understand that it may be challenging for you to manage your rent account.

Many people feel tempted to spend over their budget, buying expensive gifts or Christmas decorations.

Rent arrears can escalate quickly and be difficult to pay off if it’s not managed correctly. That’s why it’s important to prioritise your spending to help prevent longer term problems happening in the future.

Please remember to pay your rent first.

Keeping your rent account up to date could see you win one of our festive prize draws.

To be in with a chance of winning all you need is a clear rent account.

If you pay your rent by Direct Debit, then you will be automatically entered into our prize draws!

Prize Draws

Christmas Prize Draw – If you have a clear rent account on Sunday 12 December, you could be in with a chance of winning one of our £250 prizes.

Rent Free Week – If you have a clear rent account on Sunday 19 December, you can enjoy a rent-free week from Monday 20 December.

Quarterly Prize Draw – If have a clear rent account on Sunday 2 January, you could be the winner of our £200 quarterly prize draw.
